Slip Trick

JD: Uh, Dino, watcha doing?

Dino: Drinking....but, you know, I have this special tradition I do with the last sip for good luck...

JD: Oh, what's that?

Dino: I, uh, heh heh...I spit it out all over the stage. It's my own version of christening the stage before each performance. You should really try it sometime; always brought me luck!

JD: Cool! I'm gonna hafta try that sometime!

Dino: :chuckles: Yeah, you do that.

Sometime Later...

Scott Stapp: AAAHHHHH!!! :thinks: What the fuck?!?!? Who poured water all over the fucking stage?!?!?

And at the next show...

JD: This is a brand new song I wrote...it's called, "Fuck you, Dino, you can suck my balls"...

A day or two later...

Interviewer: So, did you hear about JD Fortune's recent injury?

Marty: JD got hurt?

Interviewer: Yes, he slipped and fell while on-stage pulling the ACL muscle in his leg...Scott Stapp also fell and struck his head.

Bobby: Oh, that's not good.

Dino: :muffles laugh: Yeah, that's huh...that's terrible.

Interviewer: Yes, JD ended up in a cast...

Jeremy: Jesus, dude, I wonder how he slipped?

Dino: :muffling laugh: I've got...I've got no idea...

So, this was my very own interpretation on the events surrounding Scott Stapp and JD's slip and falls during a recent show on the new leg on INXS's tour. Now, all of you who know me know I'm not overly fond of JD but I'm gonna hafta swallow my instinctual distaste for him for the moment and give him major props for continuing with the tour shows despite his injury and the subsequent cast on his leg. Way to go, JD, you're quite a trooper!!! ...Okay, moment over...So, JD, how bummed were you that you couldn't hop around and hump ladies faces for a whole show? Hope you still had your mic-stand to keep you happy; I doubt the rest of the INXS guys wanna hear you rub one out cause you couldn't have your way with something during the concert. --Tooks ;-)

PS: I snatched these new JD pics from the INXS site and I was gonna cut out all the copyright crap on the second one but then I didn't wanna risk getting arrested or whatever the fuck for using the pic and not giving credit when I clearly knew credit was due so I kept it there.
